From June 30 to July 7, 2025, the 3rd phase of applications for the Postgraduate Degree in Management of Archive, Library and Museum Information Services - For Teachers is open.

From June 30 to July 7, 2025, a new round of applications is open for the Postgraduate Degree in Management of Archive, Library and Museum Information Services - For Senior Technicians.

At different times, new registrations will be open for short courses in Archive, Library, and Museum Information Services Management (for Senior Technicians and Teachers) at the University of Coimbra, promoted at the University of Coimbra's Center for Higher Studies in Alcobaça.

Applications are open until April 1, 2026, for the course on Electronic Governance: The contribution of information and data to decision-making in agricultural investment, aimed at entrepreneurs, agricultural technicians, senior local government technicians (one-stop shop and civil protection), consultants, and others, which will take place at the Center for Higher Studies of the University of Coimbra in Alcobaça.

Registration for the II Reading in Transit Meeting: Traveling Libraries as “Spaces” of Affection: A Passion for Literature through Inês de Castro is open from February 27 to March 25, 2026.

Applications are open until March 22, 2026, for the Soil Microbiology Course aimed at entrepreneurs, agricultural technicians, senior local government technicians (one-stop shop and civil protection); consultants and others.

As part of the INSPIRA - Literature and Art Festival, which will take place between March 21 and 27, 2026, in Alcobaça, Catarina Proença, professor and researcher at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Coimbra, will hold a session entitled “Financial Literacy.”

The Center for Higher Studies of the University of Coimbra in Alcobaça and the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Coimbra are once again offering a series of conferences on health. Throughout the academic year, we will hold a number of lectures with professors/researchers from the University of Coimbra.
