Teacher Training Action: The seaweed that wanted to be a flower
From April 6 to May 18, the Teacher Training Course: Distinction and Evolution of the Main Plant Groups - The alga that wanted to be a flower, was held for recruitment groups 230 and 520.
This b-learning training course was accredited by the CCPFC and taught by researcher Ana Cristina Tavares.
Overall, it was structured as follows:
- Practical activities and cooperative actions. Discussion on the activities developed and their transversal use;
- Methodology: IBSE, practices on the subject; development of autonomous work, by oneself and/or in a group;
- Learning: based on observation and experimentation, with practices that are both fun and didactic;
- Face-to-face work: interaction with real examples, inquiry, questions, discussion of ideas, creativity and critical thinking;
- Continuous assessment and reflection in the sharing of experiences and knowledge;
- Autonomous work: each trainee proposed a piece of work to carry out with their students, within the scope of the training, to be presented, written up and assessed.
