On 13 June, between 6.10pm and 7.10pm, the Confucius Institute of the University of Coimbra will hold a workshop dedicated to the general principles of physical exercise from the perspective of Chinese Medicine.

During the session, participants will have the opportunity to learn about the benefits of these practices and try a morning exercise to increase energy, promoting well-being and balance.

The event is open to all interested parties and does not require prior registration.
