Authorisation request for Filming/Photography/Print Publications and Commercial Productions

Image capture at the University of Coimbra and its premises requires prior authorisation, with at least two weeks' notice of the intended date, by completing and submitting this form. Before filling in and submitting the authorisation request form, please ensure that you have carefully read the Information and Guidelines - Image Capture at the University of Coimbra.

Upon receiving your request form, the Communications Department will process it in accordance with the University of Coimbra's guidelines. You will be notified as soon as a decision has been made by the relevant UC bodies.

Please note that this process is not automatic and may take some time, depending on the specific premises you wish to photograph/film
