Abstracts, papers and posters should be submitted electronically (via EventKey), by the following dates:

• Abstract submission – 4th June 2024 to 25th October, 2024
• Notification of abstract acceptance – 25th November, 2024
• Early Bird Registration 01st January – 25th March, 2025
• Late Registration 26th March – 25th April, 2025
• Full paper submission to partner journals - 25th August, 2025
