Executive Coordinator
Director Assistant Office| GD
The Technical Support Office for the Director is a unit that provides personal and direct support to the Director in the performance of their duties, in accordance with articles 60 and 61 of the FCDEFUC Statutes.
The Technical Support Office for the Director is responsible for providing secretarial services to the Director and Vice-Directors and offering them technical, financial, and legal advice, as well as providing secretarial services to the various management bodies of FCDEFUC.

Pedagogical Support Office | GAP
The Academic Support Office is a support unit for students and teachers in the academic functioning of FCDEFUC.
The Academic Support Office is responsible for providing support to courses taught at FCDEFUC, managing academic and pedagogical matters, ensuring communication with the Academic Management Services of the University of Coimbra, and other administrative support and general office work.

Office of External Relations, Communication and Image | GRECI
The Office of External Relations, Communication and Image is subdivided into two areas of activity: External Relations and Communication and Image.
For External Relations, this unit is responsible for managing mobility programs and supporting the exchange of incoming and outgoing faculty and students, as well as supporting the internationalization strategy and strengthening international institutional partnerships of FCDEFUC.
For Communication and Image, this unit is responsible for organizing and supporting FCDEFUC events, promoting FCDEFUC internally and externally, managing internal and external communication, namely in the digital area, through the website and social networks, and in the area of public relations.
This office is also responsible for participating in external outreach activities and study visits to the faculty.

Planning, Projects and Activities Office | GPPA
The Office for Planning, Projects and Activities is responsible for developing competencies that, in accordance with the strategic plan, promote the development of projects and partnerships between the Faculty and other national and international entities, whether of a scientific research nature or not.
In addition, it is also responsible for financial and accounting management, as well as developing any other activities resulting from the law, administrative regulations, or assigned to it by the Director.

Facilities Support Office | GAI
The Facilities Support Office encompasses telephone operator services, classroom support, and space management, as well as daily technical and maintenance support, ensuring the smooth running of teaching activities.

Library
The library of the Faculty of Sports Sciences and Physical Education is one of the newest libraries at the University of Coimbra.
Recently renovated in July 2024, it has a room dedicated to consulting literary works and developing academic papers, as well as an informal reading area. In addition, there are two computers that provide computer support for research, particularly in terms of scientific research databases.
It is a specialized library, its collection consisting mainly of documentation in the areas of Sports Sciences and Physical Education.

Integrated Laboratory
The Integrated Laboratory is a space for scientific development and research, supporting academic activities and providing services to the community.
Fully equipped for the various aspects of Sports Science, it is located on the ground floor and the 1st floor of Pavilion 3.

IT Service
FCDEF's IT services are provided by OneSource, an IT consulting firm.

This team aims to adequately cover the full range of tasks involved in network maintenance. Among the tasks necessary to achieve this goal are:
- Planning, definition, and maintenance of main servers
- Systems and Network Maintenance
- Maintenance of Information Services content
- Development and implementation of new services
- Helpdesk service support
- Installation of personal computers and classroom and student computers
- Software installation
- Personal Computer Maintenance
- Diagnosis and repair of computer faults.
