On April 4, 2025, from 7:00 PM onwards, the exhibition Rehabilitation of Railway Infrastructure will be inaugurated at the Galeria D'Artes of the Vila Nova de Foz Côa Cultural Center. The exhibition showcases works from the project on the rehabilitation of public space and railway infrastructure in Pocinho, developed during the first semester within the Atelier de Projeto ID course, taught by Guilherme Machado Vaz. This project, carried out in partnership with the Serra Henriques Foundation and the Vila Nova de Foz Côa Municipality—organizations with which the University of Coimbra has established a cooperation protocol—aims to revitalize the Alto Douro region and boost its tourism potential through project proposals that bridge public and private initiatives.
