On 25 September, at 5:00 pm, the Department of Life Sciences (DCV) will host another session of the "tertúlias da Sociedade Broteriana", this time focusing on botany in the digital era.
The guest speaker will be Joaquim Santos, who will present “Botanical knowledge in the Digital Era: connecting information with Linked Open Data”, opening the floor for a discussion on the challenges and opportunities of open science and the digitalization of botany.
The event will take place in person, at the DCV Amphitheatre II, and will also be livestreamed for those unable to attend in Coimbra.
