DCV researchers coauthor study on warming and forest functioning
DCV-UC researchers Cristina Nabais and Filipe Campelo are coauthors of the international study “Warming increases the phenological mismatch between carbon sources and sinks in conifers”.
The work examines how global warming affects the timing of photosynthesis and growth in conifer forests, with potential implications for forest functioning and carbon sequestration.
Their participation highlights DCV-UC’s contribution to research on forest responses to climate change.
