On January 24, a meeting of the Ministry of Justice Working Group in charge of the preparation of a draft law to revise criminal legislation and criminal procedure on the loss of the advantages of criminal activity took place at the History Room of the UC/FL, chaired by Prof. Pedro Caeiro, and comprising Judge Maria do Carmo Silva Dias, Deputy Attorney General João Conde Correia, Vânia Costa Ramos, António Vaz de Castro and Francisco Borges. The work should be finalised in the coming weeks.
