PROGRAMME OBJECTIVES

The Master's in Public-Private Administration is a specialised technical-scientific programme for students and professionals who wish to deepen their training in the area of Public Administration in accordance with the new organisational and management principles of national and international administrative institutions. Without prejudice to the interdisciplinary nature of a cycle of studies of this type, the programme aims to give special prominence to the area of law, insofar as researchers and professionals in the sector need specific training to enable them fully comply with the subordination of the Administration (regardless of its form and scope) to the law.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

The following are eligible to apply for the Master's programme
a) holders of a Bachelor's degree in Law or legal equivalent;
b) holders of a foreign higher education degree following a 1st cycle of studies in Law organised in accordance with the principles of the Bologna Process by a State adhering to this Process;
c) holders of a foreign higher education degree in Law that the Scientific Board recognises as meeting the objectives of the 'licenciado' degree;
d) in duly justified cases, holders of an academic, scientific or professional curriculum that the Scientific Board recognises as attesting to their ability to complete this cycle of studies.
