Science and Technology Week, organised by the Ciência Viva Agency, is being celebrated between 18 and 24 November.
As part of a CiBB initiative, GeneT will be taking its science to three schools in the region: Escola EB1 de Cantanhede. Escola EB1 da Adémia and Colégio de S. José - International School. GeneT researchers will be sharing, through hands-on activities with 250 students from the 1st to the 9th grades, what DNA is and how it works, the impact of diet on neurodegenerative diseases, what diseased neurons look like, and much more.
The activities take place on 21, 25 and 29 November.
