GEODES WP4 - Training in Africa - Mozambique

Between May 13 and 18, 2024, the Eduardo Mondlane University (UEM) in Maputo (Mozambique) hosted a geophysics training course as part of the GEODES project, funded by the European Union's Erasmus+ program. Lecturers from the Universities of UNIPÚNGUÉ, UNILURIO and UEM participated in theoretical and practical classes focused on groundwater research.

Participants improved their skills in geophysical methods and exchanged valuable experiences. Despite challenges, the training was a success!
