Biografia
José (PhD) is the animal vivarium coordinator that contains inside the medical imaging unit. This imaging lab is composed with an ultra-field Magnetic resonance (9.4T), an animal RPC-PET prototype with high resolution (0.5 mm, isotropic) and an ultrasound + photoacoustic + doppler system, and OCT (Optical Coherence Tomography). José finished his PhD in 2015, but before that, in 2014 he moved to ICNAS (Medical Imaging Infrastructure at the University of Coimbra) to start the development of the preclinical area.
