1) LACUC | Clinical Analysis Laboratory of the University of Coimbra
The Clinical Analysis Laboratory of the University of Coimbra has as its main mission the provision of high-quality and excellent services in the field of Clinical Analysis to the entire community, both academic and non-academic. It also actively contributes to the training of UC students and supports scientific research.
LACUC is located at Polo I of the University of Coimbra, on the 2nd floor of the former Faculty of Medicine building.

2) SOS Student Line
The SOS Estudante is a cultural section of the Coimbra Academic Association whose main mission is to inform and support the academic community and others regarding various emotional and psychological challenges, aiming to promote self-reflection and critical thinking about oneself, others, and the world. To achieve this, we act in the following ways:
- Provide an anonymous and confidential emotional support service, creating an empathetic and non-judgmental space for dialogue and individual reflection;
- Promote moments of debate and reflection within the academic community;
- Contribute to technical and scientific training and qualification in the field of emotional support and project management, in partnership with professionals, lecturers, and institutions in related fields;
- Develop scientific research projects in collaboration with professionals, lecturers, and institutions in related areas;
- Participate in socio-cultural projects with other institutions or organizations to promote inclusion and mental health.

3) Health Services (SASUC)
The health Services of the University of Coimbra provide healthcare to students, staff, and their families.
The team of healthcare professionals is ready to help with specialists in Primary Healthcare, General Practice, Gynecology and Family Planning, Sexual Health, Travel Medicine, Psychiatry, Psychology, and Nursing.
The facilities are located at the Faculty of Medicine, Polo I, Rua Larga, 2nd floor, 3004-504 Coimbra.

4) UCare (SASUC)
Emotional Support Line
The Social Services of the University of Coimbra provide the UCare emotional support line, aimed at helping the community adopt anxiety management strategies, manage time during isolation, and share information about available resources.
Support is provided by the team of Clinical Psychologists from SASUC, using digital platforms (UCMeetings), ensuring data security and, if desired, the anonymity of the user.

5) UPC3 | Unit of Cognitive-Behavioral Clinical Psychology of the University of Coimbra
The UPC³ offers a variety of services for the prevention and treatment of mental illness for children, adolescents, young adults, and adults. In addition to individual clinical psychology and psychiatry appointments (both online and in person), we also offer empirically validated group programs and treatments.
Our close collaboration with research at the Center for Research in Neuropsychology and Cognitive-Behavioural Intervention (CINEICC), which is highly rated by the Foundation for Science and Technology (FCT), ensures that the treatments available at UPC³ are backed by extensive research confirming their effectiveness.
The psychotherapists at UPC³ are specialized in Clinical and Health Psychology (recognized by the Board of Portuguese Psychologists) and are certified by both national and international associations.
