2026 Pan-European Seal Programme pre-applications are now open
The call for pre-applications to the Pan-European Seal (PES) 2026 Programme, aimed at final-year students and recent graduates, is now open.
The PES programme offers traineeship opportunities at the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) in Alicante, Spain (with a limited number of positions also available in Brussels and Luxembourg), and at the European Patent Office (EPO) in Munich, Germany (with additional placements available in The Hague, Berlin, Vienna and Brussels).
Applications at the University of Coimbra must be submitted by 12:00 noon (Portuguese time) on 13 February.
