UC's International Staff Training Week highlights sustainability and internationalisation

The University of Coimbra concluded the International Staff Training Week, which took place from 7 to 11 April under the theme Building a Sustainable Future.

The initiative, organised by the International Relations Unit, welcomed participants from nine European universities and two partner universities outside the European Union.

The event featured lectures and discussions on sustainable practices and internationalisation in higher education, addressing topics such as sustainable lifestyles, environmental responsibility, and international collaboration. Participants examined challenges and proposed solutions for implementing sustainable policies in universities.

This week of training reinforced the University of Coimbra's commitment to sustainability and the expansion of global collaborative networks, fostering a greener and more sustainable future for all.
