The European Central Bank has launched: Traineeship in the Information Governance Division - Library Services
As a trainee in Library Services you will:
• provide reference and research support to library users by helping them find and access information in accordance with the Library’s policy framework;
• support library users in borrowing and returning materials, including the processing of renewals and hold requests;
• help catalogue and classify information in the ECB library management system;
• keep the Library’s areas tidy and well organised, for example by shelving books and updating signage;
• participate in the sharing of knowledge within the ECB, for example by creating and maintaining subject-specific guides, developing existing awareness services or supporting various initiatives;
• contribute to the development and implementation of innovative library services and projects, such as testing new AI tools or improving library processes and systems. / Initial traineeship of six months, with a possible extension to up to 12 months in total
