Visit from the Psychology group of the University of Coimbra Summer University 2025

On July 28, 2025, as part of the University of Coimbra Summer University 2025 — an annual program welcoming secondary school students for an immersive experience across various fields of knowledge — we had the pleasure of hosting a group enrolled in the Psychology area at our laboratory.

The visit included presentations of ongoing PhD projects by students Inês Cardoso Ferreira and Federico Teitelbaum Dorfman, demonstrative behavioural activities related to metacognition and language, as well as a demonstration of the eye tracker, a tool used to study eye movements.

This event provided participants with a practical insight into the scientific research conducted at the University of Coimbra, encouraging interest in science and academic careers.

It is inspiring to share the science we develop at the University of Coimbra with those who may become part of it in the future!
