Translated Earth on Fire, poems in French by René Noyau (Two Rivers Press). Articles, obituaries, reviews: The Guardian, The Daily Telegraph, The Independent, The Catholic Herald, the London Magazine, Poetry Ireland, Ploughshares and many other publications. Teacher and Lecturer at Sussex University, Lancaster University, Leeds University. Head of English at Brighton and Hove High School and St. Joseph’s School, Reading. Visiting writer at Wakefield and Lewes prisons, many care homes, psychiatric hospitals and special schools. Director of Literature at Brighton Festival; A Casa dos Poetas; Belfry Arts Centre; Out of the West Festival of poetry and Music, Brighton and Belfast. Organiser for British Council and South East Arts. Recipient of a Royal Literary Fund award each year for the past nine years. Elected Town Councillor of Sheringham, 2022. Responsible for community Arts and Theatre.
