Enhance the international attractiveness and recognition of the University of Coimbra by establishing strategic bilateral partnerships, strengthening its presence in leading international networks and promoting its participation in major international events, thus opening up the University to new international teaching and research opportunities.
Strengthen leadership in the promotion of the lusophone world and consolidate the network of partnerships with the CPLP - Community of Portuguese Speaking Countries.
