Compressive testing of hardened concrete

Determination of the compressive strength of hardened concrete specimens.

Hardened concrete specimens meeting the requirements of EN 12390-1:2021 are tested to rupture in a compression testing machine with the specifications described in EN 12390-4:2021. The maximum load supported by the specimen is recorded and the compressive strength of the concrete determined according to the technique described by EN 12390-3:2021.
