Determination of Stable Isotopes by Mass Spectrometry (δ 13C (‰); δ 15N (‰); % C; % N)
Stable Isotope Analysis (SIA) is based on the analysis of the isotope ratio (i.e., ratio between heavy and light isotopes of an element) in samples, compared to International Atomic Energy Agency standards, and is performed on a mass spectrometer of Isotope Ratio Mass Spectrometer - IRMS.
