The Human Resources Management Service is responsible for the internal human resources policies and for promoting and ensuring the effectiveness of all related processes. The HR Service also creates and maintains the right conditions for the continuous professional and personal development of staff, in order to ensure a high level of staff motivation and satisfaction, which is essential to guarantee the due effectiveness and efficiency of all activities carried out at the University.

The Human Resources Management Service (SGRH) consists of the Recruitment and Contracts Management Division (DRGC), the Recruitment Support Unit (NAC), the Payroll Division (DPR), the Front Desk and Archive Unit (UAA) and the Transversal Support Unit (UAT).*
