Training Plan - Technical staff


Based on a comprehensive organisational assessment, and in order to maximise the knowledge and skills of its staff, the University of Coimbra issues a biannual training plan, available in Portuguese here:

In addition to in-house training and the training plan, the UC also provides three other types of training:

  • Work-based training (IT114)
  • Self-directed training (IT116)

UC in-house pool of trainers

Employees of the University of Coimbra with a public employment contract are eligible to become trainers at the University of Coimbra, integrating its in-house pool.

If you hold a Certificate of Pedagogical Competences (CCP), or if you fall under one of the exceptions provided for by the law, where such a certificate is not required, and if you have specialised knowledge and skills, you are welcome to apply at any time by completing the following form:
