Welcome to the UC!

The University of Coimbra offers an Induction and Onboarding programme for technical/non-teaching staff, which aims to facilitate the integration of new employees by providing them with essential knowledge through the 5 modules that make up the plan:

1. Welcome and Integration;
2. Quality;
3. IT platforms;
4. Rights and Duties of public employees;
5. Personal Data Protection at the University of Coimbra.

The Welcome & Integration Handbook is available to help you find the information you need for your daily life at the University of Coimbra. This document includes information on the structure, organisation, mission, vision and values of the UC, the Strategic Plan and Action Plans, the rights and duties of employees and grant holders, Intranet, applicable laws and/or regulations, useful contacts, among others.

Para os/as dirigentes, a Universidade de Coimbra disponibiliza o Plano Inicial de Formação de Acolhimento e Integração – Dirigentes, que visa facilitar a integração dos/as mesmos/as nas suas funções, dotando-os de conhecimentos essenciais ao longo dos módulos que compõem o Plano:

1. Acolhimento e Integração;
2. Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade;
3. Proteção de Dados Pessoais;
4. Instrumentos de reforço da integridade organizacional;
5. Plataformas Informáticas de Apoio à função dirigente;
6. Recursos Humanos.

Disponibilizamos o Manual de Acolhimento, onde encontra informações de relevo para o seu trabalho quotidiano na Universidade de Coimbra. Mais concretamente, encontra neste documento informações sobre a composição, organização, missão, visão e valores da UC, o Plano Estratégico e os Planos de Ação, Intranet, legislação e/ou regulamentação aplicável, contactos úteis, entre outros.

Para os/as bolseiros/as, a Universidade de Coimbra disponibiliza o Manual de Acolhimento, onde encontra informações de relevo para o seu trabalho quotidiano na Universidade de Coimbra.
