OneDrive - Cloud file storage
What is OneDrive?
OneDrive gives you a place to store, share and sync your work or school files .
As part of your UC Microsoft 365 subscription, you can save your files to OneDrive and then work with them on virtually any device.
Space provided to store your files:
- Students: 20 GB
- Faculty and staff: 200 GB
OneDrive supports up to 270 file types and is compatible with PC, Mac, iOS and Android mobile devices.
Access to OneDrive and other applications in the Microsoft 365 environment is done with your UC institutional credentials, as described in the following help center article:

How it works?
OneDrive can be used either through a browser or through an application installed on your devices.
Your files are saved online and also in your computer's OneDrive folder. Storing files in your OneDrive folder lets you work offline as well as online, and your changes sync when you connect your computer to the Internet again.
If you are using Windows 10 or later, the OneDrive Sync App is already installed on it. If you're using a Mac or an earlier version of Windows, go to onedrive.com/download and download the OneDrive app.
