José Maria Peiró is Full Professor of Organisational Psychology at the University of Valencia (Spain) and founder of the "Research Institute of Personnel Psychology, Organizational Development and Quality of Working Life (IDOCAL)".
His undisputed merit and international recognition in the area of Psychology - in particular Work and Organizational Psychology, is the result of an extensive research work covering crucial problems in our society, such as youth unemployment, sustainable well-being and the claim for decent work, towards a world that respects the environment and is sustainable in the long term, tackling the challenges of climate change and taking into account the United Nations Development Goals.
