2nd OSCARS Open Call | Deadline: 14 May 2025
Applications are now open for the second OSCARS - Open Science Clusters' Action for Research & Society - call.
The OSCARS initiative aims to support the research communities in adopting Open Science practices and strengthening the involvement of scientists in the European Open Science Cloud (EOSC). This call seeks to select third parties for the development of innovative open science projects or services that promote the uptake of FAIR (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, Reproducible)-data-intensive research across the European Research Area (ERA).
Projects can be proposed in any of the Science Clusters field and beyond, by individual researchers or research groups. Research infrastructures, universities, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), large companies, and consortia are also eligible to apply.
- Astronomy and Particle Physics;
- Environmental Sciences;
- Life Sciences;
- Photon and Neutron Science;
- Social Sciences and Humanities.
Projects may receive funding ranging from a minimum of 100,000€ to a maximum 250,000€, and must be implemented within a period of 12 to 24 months.
The deadline for applications is 14 May 2025 (at 16h00 WEST).
