Frequently Asked Questions about Student Hub:
The Student Hub is the space of the University of Coimbra that centralizes the support services for students, applicants and Alumni, namely:
- Academic Management Services (SGA);
- UC Treasury;
- International Relations Division (DRI);
- Social Action Services (SASUC), SASUC Treasury and Accommodation - International Regime;
- Municipalized Services of Urban Transport of Coimbra (SMTUC);
- Agency for Integration, Migration and Asylum (AIMA);
- UC Employability.
The Student Hub is active in the areas of entrepreneurship, youth and adult training, volunteering, social innovation and attracting pre-university audiences.
In addition, you can book Student Hub spaces for meetings, events or other initiatives.
You can find Student Hub at ground floor of the Faculty of Medicine building, on Rua Larga, Coimbra.
To book a space you must fill in the form on the Student Hub website with the room you want to use, for what purpose, on what day and time and how many people it will hold. You will then receive an email confirming your booking.
You must make the booking request at least 24 hours in advance. If the reservation is for after 18:00, at the weekend or on a public holiday, you must submit the request at least 72 hours in advance.
