Applications open for PhD students for EC2U training on urban environment and health

The University of Coimbra will host the EC2U Summer School "Better Environment for Healthy Cities" from 24 to 28 June. Applications are open until the 24th of May.

EC2U - European Campus of City-Universities is organising the International Summer School "Better Environment for Healthy Cities", to be held at the University of Coimbra (UC) from 24 to 28 June.

The training programme is aimed at doctoral students from the eight universities that make up the consortium: the University of Coimbra, the University of Poitiers (France), the Friedrich Schiller University of Jena (Germany), the Alexandru Ioan Cuza University of Iasi (Romania), the University of Salamanca (Spain), the University of Pavia (Italy), the University of Turku (Finland) and the Johannes Kepler University of Linz (Austria).

Each participant will receive a mobility grant to cover their travel and daily expenses. Applications will be accepted until the 24th of May via the following online form: https://forms.gle/m9VaRhNU2uspuwvx7.

This summer school includes seminars, presentations of doctoral projects, fieldwork and other group activities to discuss urban health and the environment in an interdisciplinary way.
