On 25 and 26 September, the University of Coimbra (UC) will host three sessions of Mestres do Digital – Segurança em Cada Clique [Masters of Digital], a digital training programme promoted by the Agency for the Technological Reform of the State (ARTE - Agência para a Reforma Tecnológica do Estado) to encourage the safe use of public digital services.
Topics include increasing digital literacy on public services, activating the Digital Mobile Key, exploring the services available on the GOV.PT portal and app, understanding concepts such as the digital wallet and digital signature, and applying good security practices online.
Through Mestres do Digital, ARTE aims to promote equal access to technology and encourage the use of public digital services. Digital inclusion, cybersecurity and citizen autonomy are the cornerstones of this project, representing a step towards a more connected society that is better prepared for the challenges of the digital future.
