Workshop "Counting Women In" - Investigating Gender (In)Equality in Public Policies and Business Practices

On November 14, 2025, the CeBER and FEUC, in collaboration with Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München (LMU), will host the international workshop “Counting Women In”, an interdisciplinary event dedicated to reflecting on gender inequalities in public policies and business practices.

Through a series of round tables, this workshop aims to foster dialogue between academics and professionals from the public and business sectors, with the goal of developing actionable knowledge and concrete strategies to tackle gender discrimination in public finance and corporate environments.

It also seeks to stimulate practice-oriented research, share experiences and challenges in gender policy implementation, and offers new insights to improve current practices, potentially leading to a special journal issue or a joint European project.
