The Wellness Center aims to enhance the quality of life, focus, and resilience of the UC academic community.

Through evidence-based practices such as breathing techniques, mindfulness, emotional intelligence, and social connection. It is grounded in eight dimensions of wellness: physical, emotional, social, environmental, financial, occupational, intellectual, and spiritual.

Objectives

  • Promotion of wellness and resilience through proven techniques;

  • Reduction of anxiety and improvement of concentration for academic and professional success;

  • Development of emotional intelligence to better handle challenges;

  • Creation of a more inclusive and collaborative environment at UC;

  • Support and integration aimed at facilitating adaptation and success.
