Beware of scam emails about accomodation


Some participants are receiving scam emails asking for arrival and departure dates from reservation@g-travelexperts.com, operations@gtravelmanagement.com and maybe other similar e-mail addresses.

Please do not reply, click any links, or enter any personal information.

The entire accommodation booking process is carried out by the workshop participants. The organization of the workshop will not contact you about travel and/or accomodation.

The fee includes coffee breaks, lunches and a ticket to visit the University and the Joanina library.

Contributions

If you want to apply for a short talk or poster, please indicate it on the registration form and send your abstract using this template (maximum 1 page) by email to ifwgp2024@mat.uc.pt.

The deadline for abstract submission for short talks and posters is June 15, 2024.

Contributions will be accepted according to scientific quality and time slot availability. Acceptance will be announced as soon as possible.

Conference dinner

The conference dinner will be on Tuesday 3/09.

The price will be €40 per person, and we kindly ask that it be paid in cash at registration.

Accompanying persons are welcome. Should this be the case, please indicate it on the registration form.

Registration process

  1. To register please proceed to the Registration Form at https://www.uc.pt/events/ifwgp2024/registration-form.
  2. After registration, the fee payment is made through the UCoimbra shop website: https://lojas.ci.uc.pt/uc (you will need to create an account, in "My Account").
  3. Please send a copy of your payment receipt to the email address ifwgp2024@mat.uc.pt. (not necessary anymore, but it is still necessary to send by mail to gf@uc.pt a copy of your payment receipt indicating your order number in the email's subject.)
