Adriana Caldo Silva. Obtained a PhD in Sports Sciences on March 21, 2022 from the University of Coimbra. Also earned a Postgraduate Certificate in Bodybuilding Applied to Aesthetics and Sports Performance in 2011 from the University of Ribeirão Preto, a Postgraduate Certificate in Exercise Physiology in 2006 from the Federal University of São Carlos, a Postgraduate Certificate in Scientific Bases for Physical Training in 2015 from the University of São Paulo, a Postgraduate Certificate in Masters on March 14, 2016 from the University of São Paulo Faculty of Medicine of Ribeirão Preto, and a full degree in Physical Education in 2003 from the University of Ribeirão Preto. She has the position of Research Intern at the Sports and Physical Activity Research Centre of the University of Coimbra. She has authored and had 20 papers published in reputable academic publications. The book consists of six chapters. His expertise is in the field of Medical and Health Sciences, specifically focusing on Other Medical Sciences. During her professional endeavours, I engaged with a total of 95 colleagues in the collaborative authorship of scientific publications.
