GENERAL DESCRIPTION

FoMOs-P is a 10-item self-report instrument that measures a person’s fear of missing out on social events and rewarding experiences in their social circle. Based on a 5-point Likert scale, each item is rated from 1 (not at all true of me) to 5 (extremely true of me). A total score of 10-50 points is obtained by adding the scores of all 10 items. The higher the score, the higher the level of FOMO.
