GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The RRS-ED is a 9-item scale that measures ruminative thought content specifically related to eating disorder themes, using a 4-point Likert scale (higher scores indicate higher levels of rumination). The factor structure of the Portuguese version of the RRS-ED showed initial evidence supporting the use of a total score of RRS-ED as an overall measure of rumination. Furthermore, the RRS-ED demonstrates measurement invariance across sex.
