The DIYbetes project developed a mobile application to be used by patients with type 2 diabetes for personal and personalized management of the disease.
The goal of this solution was to serve as a ‘personal digital mentor’ in disease management by providing personalized and on-demand information, advice and recommendations using biometric information (activity, eating, mood, etc.) to adjust the feedback provided to the patient.
