Green Bioref Oramatech
KEYWORDS: Biorefinery, Sustainability, Algae, Hemp, Zero Waste.
STATE OF THE ART
The technology concerns the development of a green biorefinery concept for the extraction and obtaining of various raw materials and value added products without the production of waste or garbage. The result is 100% use of plant biomass (e.g., already successfully tested on algae, hemp and corn) to obtain added-value products (e.g., textile fibers, polymers, fermented products, cellulose, insoluble biopolymers, carbon and graphene). This process can also be carried out on unused plant residues from industrial production (residues from the production of algae-based biostimulants) or on algae washed up on beaches that are not used.
VALUE PROPOSITION
Is designed to operate efficiently and sustainably, integrating responsible practices at all stages of the process. This approach considers energy efficiency, the minimization of carbon emissions and the absence of waste as fundamental pillars of its development. CONTACT
Advantages |
| Contributes for to or further R&D reducing dependence on non-renewable resources, in line with the principle of economy and the circular promoting industrial sustainability. |
|
It also reduces the use o synthetic chemicals in today's industry, reducing generation of the hazardous compounds and waste. |
Applications |
| The final products obtained through this process will be applicable to various industries and markets, such as textiles, packaging, electronics, construction, among others that seek sustainable solutions and alternatives. |
