Book presentation by Fernando Alexandre (EEG/Univ. Minho) and Tiago Sequeira (FEUC/Univ. Coimbra) "From made in to created in: a new paradigm for the Portuguese economy"

The study promoted by the Francisco Manuel dos Santos Foundation (Do made in ao created in: um novo paradigma para a economia portuguesa | Livros | FFMS) and prepared by a group of Portuguese and foreign specialists, which presents a proposal for a new paradigm for the Portuguese economy, will be presented on the 25th of February, Keynes Room (FEUC) at 16:30.

The presentation will be led by Fernando Alexandre (EEG/Univ. Minho) and Tiago Sequeira (FEUC/Univ. Coimbra) with the participation and commentary of Paulo Barradas Rebelo (CEO of Bluepharma) and Lidia Pereira (Member of the European Parliament).

This project has been presented in Lisbon since the 22th of October 2021. As Ricardo Reis (London School of Economics) mentioned in its presentation, this Study "comes at the right time" and "launches a plan of ideas to challenge Portugal, captures in-depth diagnoses of the Portuguese reality and at the same time has a look ahead.
