[1.] Student who completed the course during the academic year

1.1 The student may download his/her Diploma (Completion Certificate) at InforEstudante ou request it at one of the Academic Centres of the Academic Management Services of the University of Coimbra, which is responsible for the issuance of that certificate:

  • The student must have that course’s tuition fee payments already settled, so that the certificate may be issued by the UC.
  • This implies the payment of the registration fee and the total amount of the tuition fee, that is, all the instalments concerning the academic year. The tuition fee’s amount is annual and its splitting into instalments is only intended to make it easier for students to pay it.

1.2 After the payment, the Certificate is downloaded as a file in PDF format, collected at the Academic Services of the University of Coimbra or received by regular mail (CTT), in accordance with the request of the student, and free of additional charges.

1.3 If you complete a 1st Cycle of Studies (Bachelor’s Degree) and you are registered for individual curricular units (avulsas) of a Master’s Degree, you must maintain your registration until the end of the academic year.

[2.] Student who completed the 1st Cycle of an Integrated Master’s Degree
