MERCHANDISING

As part of the 16th Celtic Conference in Classics, we are pleased to announce the availability of exclusive merchandise, specially designed to mark this edition of the event and to celebrate the launch of the new logo of the Celtic Conference in Classics.

ON THE FIRST DAY...

On July 15, all speakers, organizers, and attendees are kindly requested to complete their morning registration between 08:40 and 10:40, on the 3rd floor of the Faculty of Arts and Humanities of the University of Coimbra (FLUC), located just one level below the main entrance. The reception will be open at all times during the event, with the exception of the plenary sessions, lunch time (13:00-14:00), and the opening session. Our team members at the reception will be happy to assist with any problem you might have.

We invite everyone to attend the Opening Session, which will be held at the Teatro Paulo Quintela, conveniently situated directly opposite of the registration area. Following this session, participants will have approximately 10 minutes to proceed to their assigned rooms before the start of panel activities.

Please note that there is a 10-minute interval between each slot (in addition to the scheduled coffee breaks) to account for any unforeseen delays. We kindly ask all participants to respect the time allocated to each presentation by the panel organizers, to ensure the smooth running of the event.

Each speaker is responsible for any handouts they may wish to provide. However, in the interest of sustainability, we strongly recommend opting for digital projection of materials during presentations whenever possible.

Should you encounter any difficulties or require any kind of assistance, please feel free to approach a member of our support team – all team members will be clearly identifiable and are fully available to assist you throughout the event.
