Adult Boost Programme
Course with no degree, with the aim of training, cultivating, and upgrading the skills of active adults throughout their lives, integrated within the Living The Future Academy - University of Coimbra.
The Course involves different entitites, institutions of education, public administration on a regional and local level, corporations, and associations. It is a formative offer that stands out thanks to its contents, offering a modern and multidisciplinary perspective on Food Heritage and Tourism.
The course will allow for a reinforcement and/or diversification of one's formation, as well as knowing more, questioning better, and acting locally, regionally, and nationally with creativity and innovation.
Food Heritage is a factor of territorial identity, which must be preserved and managed in a sustainable, innovative way. We propose education centred around Food Heritage as a resource that can leverage the local territory, products, and communities.
Objetivos Centrais
Diversificar estratégias para a valorização dos produtos alimentares e gastronómicos a partir do conheci- mento mais consolidado da sua presença no património cultural tangível e intangível português e da sua história cultural, artística e literária.
Explorar a importância do investimento na qualidade do património alimentar, da criatividade, da inovação, das parcerias e das redes para a competitividade territorial
Fornecer instrumentos operativos para o incremento da competitividade dos negócios, dos produtos, das marcas e da notoriedade dos destinos ligados ao património alimentar.
