The 10th Luso-Brazilian DIAITA on the Heritage, History and Cultures of Food took place from 24 to 26 October, with the theme ‘Everyday Tables & Party Tables’.
We had more than 86 keynote speakers, whom we thank for their presence, as well as their papers, which greatly enriched this event. We had 10 countries represented from 48 institutions.
