Field Trip of the Course Unit Algae and Fungi to Figueira da Foz

Last Saturday, October 11, students of the course unit Algae and Fungi from the Department of Life Sciences of the University of Coimbra (DCV-UC) took part in a field trip to Figueira da Foz, visiting the Tamargueira Beach and the Serra da Boa Viagem.
The main goal of the activity was to observe and collect macroalgae, macrofungi, and lichens in situ, allowing students to consolidate theoretical knowledge through direct observation of biodiversity in the field.
