The Democracy and Ethics in Organizations was held on 22 October 2025, at Colégio da Trindade. This event addressed democracy and ethics in private and public organizations, including rules and practices based on democratic and ethical principles and their impact on corporate governance and management. Papers resulting from a call for papers were also presented.
