The second volume of the work “Commemorating 100 years of the Hague Rules” has been published, coordinated by Alexandre de Soveral Martins. This work is the result of the Closing Congress of the Commemorations of 100 Years of the Hague Rules, held on 8 November 2024, and which brought together experts from Portugal, Italy, and Greece.
