Intelligence and New Technologies

The second seminar in the “Seminars Series on the Challenges of Technical Societies in Legal Research,” titled “Intelligence and New Technologies,” was held on 15 October 2025, in the Varandim Room (Palácio dos Melos).
The event was attended by the Secretary-General of the Information System of the Portuguese Republic, Ambassador Vítor Sereno. Prof. Markus Löffelmann, from the Hochschule des Bundes für öffentliche Verwaltung (Germany), and Prof. Wanda Nocerino, from the University of Foggia (Italy).
The seminar was organized by Prof. Susana Aires de Sousa and Dr. João Narciso, as part of the UCILeR research group “Technical Societies.” This series of seminars aims to explore topics addressed by doctoral students in their research, promoting debate among academics and experts in the field.
