Final seminar of the Fronteiras de Vidro project, which investigated the impacts of sexual segregation in the labor market and vocational and educational choices on inequalities between women and men. From the main results of the project, it is intended to reflect on intervention proposals aimed at overcoming the phenomenon of segregation according to sex [PROGRAM].
The seminar will benefit from the participation of the Secretary of State for Equality and Migration, the Norwegian Ambassador to Portugal and the President of the CIG.
The opening lecture will be given by Liza Reisel, professor-researcher at the Institute for Social Research, in Oslo, a partner institution of the project. A round table on the theme “Cross perspectives on the vocational choices of young adolescents” will include the participation of teachers, school psychologists and representatives of parents' associations.
